Classic Cars Line Queensmead

On Saturday 26th April 72 classic and vintage motor vehicles lined the length of Queensmead. It was the biggest and best Classic Car Show in Farnborough yet as we were the first community event to use the newly built town centre improvements at the north end of Queensmead near Costa Coffee.

The event raised a magnificent £1050 for the Lions charitable work in the Rushmoor area.

Alex Baker MP for Rushmoor who looked in looked in on the Car Show said "This is always a brilliant event and it was wonderful to see our town centre buzzing with so many people enjoying the array of cars. The Lions do so much in our community".

Chris Seabrook Farnborough & Aldershot Lions President and Classic Car Show organiser added "This is a fantastic event held in the heart of Farnborough to bring benefit throughout Rushmoor. Our thanks go out to all who supported this event  making it possible for us to provide continued support to those who have fallen on hard times".
